Booking Policies
Our Hostel Hours: Peace and Tranquility for Everyone Check-In and Check-Out Times Check-in time at Rincón del Mangle is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
If you arrive before this time, you can access our common areas while your room is being prepared. In addition, we have a secure storage room where you can leave your luggage without any problems. Check-out must be done before 10:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please let us know in advance, as it will be subject to availability and will have an additional charge.
We understand that sometimes plans can change, so we offer a clear and fair cancellation policy for our guests:
1. Free cancellation: If you decide to cancel your reservation 48 hours or more in advance, no fee will be applied.
2. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: In this case, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
3. No show: If you do not show up on the day of your arrival without notifying us, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
We always recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation, so that we can offer you the best possible assistance and handle your request efficiently.

Bar:
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Saturday: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Sunday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Kitchen:
- Morning Hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Lunch Hours: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Night Hours: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
It is important that all guests using the kitchen respect the property and the utensils. Any utensils used must be washed after use. In the event that dirty food is left or the proper use of the utensils is not respected, a fine of $25 will be charged.
The lights in the social area will be turned off at 10:00 PM.
- In the dormitories, the lights go out at 10:00 PM, but each cubicle has its own light, which can be used while respecting the rest of others.
Important note: On Saturdays, only the lights in the bar will be on.
