1. Free Cancellation:*

If you decide to cancel your reservation 30 days or more in advance, no charge will apply.

2. Cancellation Less Than 29 Days in Advance:*

In this case, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

3. No-Show:*

If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date and we do not receive prior notification, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation so we can provide you with the best assistance and efficiently manage your request.
