Our inspiration
The construction of our hostel is a work designed to merge the best of two worlds, uniting traditional elements of Quindío and the Caribbean Coast. We have chosen materials that speak of our roots, such as guadua and guaduilla, which connect us with the mountains of the Coffee Belt, and palm and lata, which are symbols of the coast. This blend of materials not only reflects our identity, but also honors our ancestors and the land that welcomes us. In addition, this construction has been possible thanks to the joint work with the workers of the area, who, with their knowledge and effort, have been the driving force and backbone of this project. Without their dedication, this dream would not have become a reality, and every corner of the hostel would bear their stamp and their history. Thus, we have managed not only to build a space, but also to unite two cultures and a community that has been essential every step of the way.

At the hostel we offer you the option of refilling your water bottle for a price of 2000 per liter, to contribute to the care of the environment. We appreciate your understanding and support in making a conscious and respectful use of these resources.
Activities are operated directly by local guides, and Rincón del Mangle only acts as an intermediary to connect guests with them. We recommend that you bring cash for all activities.
Our hotel is completely pet friendly. We accept pets, but upon check-in, a $200,000 deposit will be retained in case there is any damage to the facilities. Pets must be on a collar at all times and always supervised by their owners. If any pet is aggressive, it is not recommended to bring it, as we want to avoid any risk to other pets or people
